Scope of service
We remediate website accessibility issues for small and medium businesses. Our work includes HTML structure, CSS, keyboard navigation, alt text, color contrast, ARIA roles, forms, and content accessibility. We do not provide legal advice or compliance guarantees.
Pricing
We charge a flat, one-time price quoted during scoping. No retainer. No add-on upsells. If the scope changes materially, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Timeline
We provide an estimated timeline during scoping. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but we communicate proactively if something changes.
Ownership
You own all content on your site. The code changes we make become part of your codebase. We don’t lock you into a platform or service.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid for our services. We don’t represent or guarantee legal compliance — we fix what’s broken, and that makes your site more accessible regardless of legal interpretation.
